Did you take a side after the break up? did you choose Rihanna or Chris Brown?

I believe that majority of the devoted fans who used to be fans of both Rihanna and Chris Brown were completely divided after the break up and assult that took place in their relationship.
In my opionion Rihanna is a very strong woman and an insipration to woman who also find themselves in an abusive relationship. I think she handled like an absolute champion, didn't show any signs of weakness or let it stand in her way of an amazing career and i think the public support her and love her in almost everyway! I know i do. =)
I used to think that Chris Brown was one of the hottest artist out before their split, i loved his music which i still enjoy. But i would never support him by attending a concert or buying an album, where as i think after this i am more likely to support rihanna by doing this rather than download the tracks free which i also do regularly because i enjoy to listen to more music than i can afford.

I did not take sides. I am sure Chris Brown didn't just beat her for no reason but that was the wrong way to handle it. And it will always follow him but I think that he has built back his reputation a lot and that he is seriously sorry. But he will never be back to the satus he once was.

That's right there are some things that you hear about someone and never look at them the same way, this was his turn to have that happen. I dont think his reputation will ever completely recover from this, its always the girls that keep the heart throbs in the spot light. the public love rihana.

I would definitely take rihanna's side. She went through an ordeal and in the public eye and I think she handled herself very well. I was never much a fan of chris brown's music but after I heard what he did to her I was completely put off! I find it hard to imagine many people taking his side over hers after what he did! Love rihanna though and will be seeing her live at v festival :D

Yes i dont think exactly people took his side.. But Rihannas fans turned right off him, and because they were such huge R&B names, and an item i think majority of their fans, friends and family were forced to choose. Its either ok or its not. I'm glad theres not to many supporters f chris brown here, and im not condoning his actions. But i too has been in an abusive relationship. Love is love you cant help who you feel it for and it is the strongest emotion in the world expressed in many different ways. Also other cultures have different beliefs i am intereted in all opionions for discussion.

I did not take any sides, am a big fan of their music still.But Chris should have never hit a woman.
Even though Chris have done his time i think did still love her,but they both have move on in the real world.
They both handle the situation very well,and am glad their have dealt with this issue.Yes i will support them both in a concert.
None of us are Perfect,and their are a lot of woman who are been abuse daily,but are afraid to speak out. and Rhianna has come fort an that what i like about her.
No one in this world are perfect an things do happen when your in a relationship some time its get way out of control,but yet some people still give second chances.Chris Brown admit that he is wrong,and he have apologize a dozen time through Music,an he is still in love with Rihanna.

I will share a confession with you Tash, i have definately been in this situation and am kind of going through it again now, even though i really thought it had been over dealt with along time ago. I believe its returning into a downward spiral. The abusive relationship i am in and cannot seem to break away from. I think Rihanna is an inspiration, she is SO HARD.

Yeah i totally agree, i am starting to like his sound and moves again, but like a wart he has grown on me again. lol I love Rihanna'a shes the ultimate star.
