fried turkey? Can't say I've ever had that but I'm not a turkey fan either so I can't really answer.

I never had it fried so we bake ours. I have had it cooked in a smoker too. It comes out real good that way.

I have never had fried turkey. I herd it was good, i'm gonna have to try it some time. have a happy Thanksgiving.

Baked is good, I found out the secret to a juicy turkey is constantly basting it, a least every 20 minutes. Thanks for you response.
