hi indolot how come you cannot delete you virus? try to scan your computer with your anti virus and it will be checked after that try to delete it or better changed you anti virus if it cannot be removed i recommend you to use a nice anti virus it can be a kaspersky, and to be able not to have a trojan anymore you should scan your computer if you are connecting a pen drive or usb drive in your computer or lap top and do not download an application that not that important.

A good way would be to try out system restore first, if it doesn't work, try booting into safe mode then perform a full scan. Should safe mode doesn't work, if you know the name of the Trojan, search for it on the net for a removal tool. There's plenty of free removal tool available on the net for a specific trojan.

First you'll have to remove the current AV that was unable to prevent your computer from threats and install the best one like Avast!I'm using this AV and I've not encountered any threats since I installed it and then scan the entire system.

Use a good antivirus to help you. Maybe norton. Otherwise, you know you are attacked by the trojan, you don't know how to clean it???
