Facing my problem...

I went on living like nothing happened, I didn't cry nor share to anyone what happened, my family doesn't know,I didn't even tell my fiancée, but I finally cracked moments ago...and after a bout fit of crying and two regrettable posts of negativeness, I finally let the frustration out, I was able to talk to my fiancée and his coming here from the province tomorrow, somehow the pain of self doubt eased and I'm slowly getting my wits...I'm proud to say though that I applied to another school and after a great reflection I think I'm a good teacher...
I can't believe how I made myself sick just by denying what I really felt, now I'm much better and I just want everyone to know that I've realized that it's better to face our problems than put them aside and ignore them...

I think we all have doubts of one kind or another. We wouldn't be human if we didn't. Especially when we are young and unexperienced. It is so easy to set it aside and ignore it. Until it festers and rears its ugly head. So easy to tell people 'you need to communicate your fears' but not easily done.

The trick is to go around with this smirk on your face all the time as if you have all the answers. Then in your spare time you figure out the answers. lol This world is so large and so infinite that one bad turn does not constitute what your life will be. You learn as you go. Why the self doubt? Do you really think you are inadequate or stupid? You're wrong! If you were you would not give a rats patoot about any of this! You'd just go into a slump and let it be. You are fighting it and trying to better your situation. That means you are smart and have what it takes. You just have to learn where to put this. You need to check out different jobs you might like. Check out people who have jobs that sound interesting. Ask them questions that concern you. You might even keep a journal. Your self doubt will only go as far as you let it. You can do anything you want to do. You just have to want it bad enough. And, remember. Your mind can be your worst enemy or your best friend. You can believe that you have what it takes or the opposite. It's all up to you!

It wasn't easy, it's like ripping off the cloak that you've super glued on your skin...yes, I guess I'm just inexperienced in problems like this, I always got what I wanted in the past so I think this was a really hard blow to my morale but I'm picking up the pieces and rebuilding my confidence...I just hope though that my self doubt didn't creep out off me at the job interview the other day...

problems are what make or break us as human beings as it spices our life and cultivates our thinking process as to how to deal rationally on matters involving our lives.

well, after choking and spiting it out, the breathing would be fine as releasing the tension only makes us realize what we really need to do the next time around, lol!

It seems that I have been having a few meltdowns myself lately. Mine is just facing some problems that I seem to be more concerned about than my husband is that should be problems that we are attempting to solve together. I am really concerned about our finances and he isn't. I think that my life is going no where and I am tired of being broke all the time. He doesn't seem to understand that I am at the end of the rope and the end is fraying.
I am glad that you have been able to work through some of your problems and realize that you are good and that you can put some of this stress aside and go on with your life.

It's good to know that you're ok now. We really need to face our problems right away and should not be kept just all to ourselves. We need to unload and tell it to someone who's close to us so as to release the tension and stress we have in our chest. In that way, we will feel much better....

Yes. It is better to let your feelings out than keeping it to yourself. Sometimes we think that we can handle things and problems all by ourselves. But the truth is, sometimes it's better when we tell someone we really trust and let it out.
I've also been in this kind of situation, that is why, what you did is good. When you have a problem or when there are issues that really needs to discuss or to talk about. You should talk it out, as early as you can so you won't feel the burden and by doing that there will be the fastest and best chance to resolve it. So, learn to face your problem, big or small. That's the fight of life.

I guess I was just a bit ashamed of what happened that I didn't want anyone to know about it...but it's better now...

Hi marapplestiffy! I am glad you are okay now...
That is true, we really cannot solve our problem if we run or deny it to ourselves. We cannot hide on it forever, it will hunt us unless we face and fix it... Running away can also make things worst, the more we delay the more complications and the longer the headache will cause us... And of course, having someone beside us is a great help...
have a nice day!

problems are like time bombs. you shouldn't keep it or else you'd explode. i had my share of keeping secrets, especially problems that are were self degrading... i realized ages ago that telling someone close to you really help. it's like a breath of fresh air once it's all out. there would be repercussions of course but it'll be much easier now because you'll be able to think of a solution for that problem.
good luck!

hi,
sometimes we can move on and release some depression so that just to do this we need to share or something to talk to about on problem we have, with the help of sharing our problems to other(close people) we gradually learn to face our problems.
