why do we really love to play in the rain?

when i was a kid, the coming of the rain excites me. because it means i have the fun time playing in the rain. i do not care whether i wear anything or not, whether i am wearing the most expensive, or appropriate clothes, it doesn't matter. as long as i will have that longed opportunity to be in the rain. eventhough i got scolded and spanked for disobeying orders. eventhough i got colds. it all doesn't matter.
now i am a grown-up and playing in the rain is still my best friend.

When I was a child we love to play in the rain. We usually play paper boats and have them flow in the drainage. Unfortunately they all go down because they get drenched.

being carefree...hmmm..that is actually the attitude of a child.but as an adult we cannot be carefree..though sometimes it is so great to be carefree just once in a while..to remember the old days..how lovely it is - carefree....

It doesn't rain much in my area -- at least, when I was a child, it didn't. Whenever it did, though, my sister and I would go play in it. As an adult, whenever it rains, I still do the same.
Rain is comforting to me, and it makes me feel alive and cleaner somehow. The last time it rained really hard, my best friend and I went out and splashed through puddles and ran around like little kids.
By the time we went in, I had to lend her some dry clothes because we were soaked all the way through and covered in street tar (from jumping in the puddles). It was the most fun I had had in a long time, and those moments remind me that it's okay to play, and have fun, and just enjoy life.

i can see your longing for the rain. i have the opposite. it always rains in my town. and sometimes it brings flood which destroys our crops. but still rain is an essential element of life in my town. without the rain we cannot collect water for the irrigation.
