White house being advise not to release pictures of OBL dead

Gates, Clinton Advising President to Not Release OBL Photograph; Obama Increasingly Concerned No Good Would Come from It.When Saddam Hussein was captured the white house did everything possible to prove Saddam Hussein had been taken alive.Is this beginning to smell kind of fishy?

I read remarks from a former top official. He said Obama may have to release the pictures through the freedom of information act.I did not understand all he was saying. He did said it was the Navy Seals that took the pictures. Beings the Navy Seals took the pictures it is possible they can be obtained under the FOIA.
