Hits4pay?

Some of you guys probably know hits4pay right? I would love to know if this website really really pay and I also have a problem with the U.S TAX LAW thing, someone please help me? is it true if you don't submit the TAX INFO you won't get paid by Hits4pay? Thank you for the one who answer my questions!

It took me about two years to reach the minimum payout with one referral, I am from the US, and yes, in order to get paid you have to filled out the tax information on that site.
