In ODI in the first 10 overs only 2 fielders are allowed outside 30 yards circle and then in the next two power plays 3 fielders are allowed outside 30 yards circle.like that in a T20 game for the first 3 overs it is a compulsory power plays and then a 2 over power play for both batting and bowling side. What do you think.

I think you are talking about batting power plays which a team can take during their batting. Like ODI's they may take 2 overs for batting powerplay whenever they want. Right ? I think this will be fantastic if implemented as batting teams face hurdle to increase run rate later in their innings due to tight bowling and good fielding. Moreover, there are fielders almost everywhere near the boundary. So a batting play will help the batting side to increase their run rate later in their innings where they can take risks for lofted shots. In the first 6 overs, it seems most batsman don't want to take much risks as they want to stay for longer periods. So implementing batting powerplay can lead the batsmen to take for all out which will entertain the spectators too.

You are welcome. IPL committee can think about implementing this along with URDS. Both will come as favor to IPL. Players and spectators too win enjoy the game better than now. What do you say ?
