I want to hear about your supplements(Pre/Post Workouts) 1.) Whats your recommended Pre and Post workout and why? 2.) Have you had any negative side effects with these? 3.) What's your preferred flavors for these supplements?

Jack3d is great. Lots of energy, focus, drive, and I love how compact the servings and the container are... but I want more creatine and a little less caffeine in my pre-workout drink. Personally i like lemon Jack3d the best. I take Anadraulic State GT. It is very similar to Jack3d and around the same price, but it was less caffeine and more creatine (like 5x more). But it doesnt taste as good and the container and serving sizes are much bigger. For post workouts I dont really care as long the recovery drink has low sugar content, BCAA's, and taste good. Right now I drink Scivation Xtend - grape. Also dont forget the protein, which experts recommend drinking within 45 minutes of the workout. I like Optimum Whey, or Dymatize® Nutrition Elite™ Gourmet Protein. I am a little lactose intolerant so I am very picky about my proteins. I would rather spend my time in the gym than on the toilet if you know what I mean. You should have AT LEAST a gram of protein for every 2 pounds you weigh a day. ex: 160lbs = 80 grams a day... that also includes food you eat so factor that in too.

one of my favorite pre-workout supplements that i use as well as one of the best on the market is jacked. I get amazing energy and pumps when lifting. No jitters helps me get great workouts ever time. I recommend getting any flavor expect fruit punch which i am using now its horrible.
