Why not? Considering the fact that there are over 500 million users all over the world, I am sure that there are parties who will be interested in taking a course on how to maximize the Facebook experience. After all, there are lots of nonsense course that are able to make to the academe mainstream. I am sure there is room for one more.

Is this for marketing purposes? On how to maximize earning there and or social network? I suppose it could be beneficial if one wanted to network with business like people.
Perhaps many would be interested to expand their business social networking.

I really don't know. I just had this idea that "Facebook-keeping" sounds like a great title for a course. Hence, I shared this for everyone to see and comment on. Maybe someone more entrepreneurial and more business-savvy would take it from here. Your suggestions are well-taken.

Well so you know I have my Masters in Business and Administration, in the Health Care field. So good luck hope it works out.

All it takes is an "accredited" University to offer the Major (of course supported by a respected professor, who puts together a list of required classes, etc.)
So what would the required classes be? ...
Anyway, 'Facebook-keeping' is more like 'gardening' than an actual "science" (ooo, I know I just insulted a whole batch of gardeners there!). I wonder if any schools offer Majors in 'breathing' or in 'eating'?
Beside all that, a B.S. in ANYTHING is just an extension of high-school---just to prove that you sat still and listened to people 'teach' about a more-specific thing for so-many hours (by your own will, presumably).
