In my case, the reason is that the others study at school and learn knowledge,so I have to go to school with them. Then I go to middle school,go to high school, attend university. After graduation,I still decide to keep study as a master! Sometimes I ask myself why do I learn so much knowlege. While, there is no answer.I think learning likes a road for me,if it is there then I have to keep walking! My friend L married her bf during the first year of college becasuse of pregnancy. She droped out of college and moved into her boyfriend's family.Nowadays, she have a 2-years-old son and live a happy life although she has no degree. My elder sister is a lawer. She has a higher education. She looks good and have a good job but it is still hard for her to find a bf.In contemporary China, many women in this trouble. Girls tell me which life you live and which life you want? why do you learn so much knowledge?

Girls still need to learn so much knowledge because education is a non stop learning. we need to learn lots of thing so we could not be ignorant of the things happening around us. Although some have not finished their degrees and immediately got married it is more nice that you have earned a degree. Me myself still want to learn lots of things even i am a degree holder already. Since life has constant change, we need to learn things so we could be updated and not to appaer as ignorant about the events happening around us. But some other women tend to chose to get married and be a plain housewife, it's nice..having a happy family. That's what i was planning to stop from work and wait for my boyfriend to finish his studies, find his job and i'll be the one to take good care of our kids. But I still need to learn other things to expand my knowledge

I agree. Knowledge and education should not stop just becuase a person (not just women) earn a degree or get into the married life. Education is like life - you don't stop learning and studying at any point of your life. Life gives new experiences and learning from it and from formal education equips a person of a better understanding of the world. Formal education can give opportunities for many people. However, it is not for all people. Other people don't appreciate people like other do. That's okay. Every person has their own strengths and weaknesses. A person only just have to know how use theirs. In life, a combination of both formal education, luck (yes, you need it, experience and opportunity can lead to better life. Not all the ingredients come together at the same time so you have to try, try and try. Good luck!

I think that most girls wants the best life, even if you went to school and never practice your degree doesn't mean you don't need more knowledge. If you have much knowledge people will see you very smart because you know a lot of things and you will earn that respect where people will look up to you. Don't you know that girls with so much knowledge is impressive to most guys?

i do live to learn, and i o it in many ways. i believe every person has the right to learn regardless of the gender or age. learning doesnt only happen the the classroom, but sometimes there are more important things that we learn outside the classroom. going to school is not all about learning, it's also about building your character and attitude.

Education is the key part of strategies to improve individual's well being and social economic development. Education is necessary to women not only for gaining knowledge, but to undestand the society. A woman with knowledge is respectable and she has the power make the people to listen her and makes people to follow her. I strongly feel every female child must study higher education and lead the world.

first of all it's by choice, some women are so competitive and in our society women are usually underestimated in their chosen career so in their mind they have to learn so much knowledge to prove they are capable of doing their best job.

I think it is a human need to have knowledge, not male or female. I believe that a woman can be intelligent and well-educated and still have a fulfilling family life with a husband and children IF that's what she wants. Whether a woman chooses higher education, family life, or both, the important thing is that she is true to herself; true to her own desires and beliefs. I personally must always be learning something new, challenging myself, or life seems very boring. I also raised two sons and have a wonderful husband. I wanted both educatin and a family, so that's what I did. I prefer to have the best of both worlds...lol
