Program to Make Website

Anyone know a simple program that can make a website. I'm new to website builiding so it would be nice if the program had a simple to use design view. If possible it should also support HTML coding which i can type in so that i can mess about trying to learn new scripts.

Try to download a frameword form website. There are so many free frameworks on internet. You can use and add some you own script in it. I just make a website using this methtod.

You can try Adobe Dreamweaver. It's not free but a very good application for building websites. Cheers!!!
