Do you think we all need a sideline work to earn more money? Do you feel your not getting payed what you have been working hard for?

I am a fresher in IT field and my payscale is not quite good so I have to opt for side jobs. My side job basically involves online earning. I am not earning much these days (forget much, I am not earning even a buck these days! ) But I am searching for new sites that will pay me good amount for the hard work that I put in. Since I don't have much time to spend on online earning these days so I am looking for easy ways to make online money or have a good downline so that I can have good income without much work. Online earning sure has a downside that you don't get paid equivalent to the amount of work that you put in.

Once in a while, I do sideline work. That's to make some supplemental income, in the first place, and secondly to make beneficial use of the spare time I have. But, that's just once in a while. Takin on a sideline work can very exhausting especially when one has to spend many hours a day at the fulltime job.

Ooh, there's a good question! Does anyone think they get paid enough for what they do? Is it just because we always want more or do we honestly think we're underpaid?
Personally, I get paid fairly low rates for what I do. I know that - but it doesn't bother me. Why? Because I'm freelance. I have other commitments and the payoff in freelancing (for me) is being able to set my own hours, choose my own clients (within reason) and only do work that I enjoy.
Sure, it'd be nice to earn twice as much... but I'll make do with what I've got.
I guess the "need" for a sideline depends on how much you earn and what your outgoings are - and whether you're being paid a reasonable (average) wage for people of a similar age and qualifications. Most people I know who have two jobs do it because (a) they're desperately poor and unskilled, so have to do more to cover their basic needs or (b) they're terribly energetic (or workaholic) and love doing loads of stuff all the time.
