weight lose?

I have been like many others out there in the world been trying to weight for suchh a long time now. I have finally got onto a healthy eating routine, but special occasions really have been throwing me off. Getting in the routine of going to the gym has been harder but this week has been pretty decent. I feel better about myself but do not exactly see the impact, but I don't think I have been staying on track long enough to see an impact. At the beginning of the diet I lost ten pounds pretty quickly but I believe I have gained it all back now. My bestfriend is doing it with me and that is probably my biggest strength right now because with out her I do not think I could have even gotten where I am with my eating habits. I really am working towards july 17th. I go on a cruise and that is my goal date. I think I might have needed something to work towards, rather than just do it. Staying motivated is probably the hardest thing in my opinion. I wanted to hear advice, would love to hear sucess stories and how you did it, and struggles.

maybe you can try watching success stories about weight loss. in that way, you will be motivated and be inspired that someday it will happen to you too. good thing you also have your bestfriend. at least you have someone to be with in times of your weight loss program. it will be much easier for you. just keep doing it and always think of the cruise =D (that will be your biggest motivation!)

Oh yeah; those shows defiently motivate. I just can't depend on them because if I don't watch them one day I don't want to not be motivated, but yeah they do help. The cruise is deffiently my biggest motivation. I just keep thinking of that; though I do forget sometimes. Thanks for all the support =)

That is strength. I run around a mile, sometimes more and sometimes less, about four days a week. That i s in the afternoon though. I could never wake up to excerise I can barely get out of bed as it is. I guess it is also what you prefer though. My best friend loves excerising in the mornings cuz she says it makes her feel better throught out the day, but then she gets tired earlier and doesn't have enough time to finish her day. So she goes to the gym in the evenings with me.

I lost a lot of weight when I started working out for the military. My biggest thing is I would get bored and start to eat. Appetite suppressants have worked the best for me in the past. GNC's own version is amazing and I've lost 20 pounds on it! Good luck and I hope things work out for you!

Yeah, when I get bored I snack too. Also when I get sad I eat which has not helped much. Congratulations on the weight lose=)

I ate twice a day. Morning and dinner. At noon, I just drink water or have an apple.
Noon is where the body burn calories fast. So at that time, I do get up and do something as many as possible. Then I also cut off sodas and fast food. I eat it once a week. This has made me lost 7 kgs in a month. Pretty hard to lose weight and its easy to gain weight for me.

Yeah, im glad that worked for you. I do not know if I could keep going if I don't eat though. If I don't eat lunch my body feels really tired like I just want to lie down. Soda is very hard for me, it is one of those things I can't give up. So I try to drink a glass of water after every glass of soda. And I carry a water bottle with me at all times which makes me drink it more. Those flavored packets really do help though. Cuz I really never want water but some of those are really good so I don't mind it so much anymore. Thanks for the response =)

I also want to lose weight too. My friends told me to lose some weight because I'm already getting big (LOL) but it really sucks, how can i lose my weight if i love to eat a lot of food. HAHA! But Im planning that my goal at the end og the month is to lose some weight... Hope i can do it..HAHA

Yeah; you deffiently can do it, but unless someone has went through the weight loss struggles they don't really understand how hard it really is. The biggest thing is also finding what works for you, because everyone loses weight in such different ways.
Also you do have to lose weight for yourself else you wont be motivated enough.
