Who cares that Cheryl Cole is US X factor judge?

Especially for you Americans on here, do any of you actually care that Cheryl has been announced as a judge? She's a relative unknown across the pond, and has even been keeping a low profile over here so it's hard to say whether she'll go down well in the US, especially with her accent. Do you think Fox has made the right choice?

I agree with Wiggles...I honestly couldn't care less, and I don't watch these shows anyway. My family do sometimes, but I just can't ever get engrossed in them.

A better question yet- who even cares about the X Factor? Man, these sort of shows are just getting ridiculously old and boring, as well as annoying. Same with all the stupid 'reality' shows.
