Well if its for a youtube video then try gifsoup.

gifsoup is useful,but no one like watermark :( what I want is a software that can convert a short video clip into a animated gif

I do agree in using photoshop that's the best for short videos, keep on digging the net on how you will use it, and don't worry its easy to use.. :)

I try a video to GIF Converter software ,but they are either too simple or need to be purchase(or there will be a watermark on the output gif) I decide to BUY a gif software,but I don't have idea which is better
