Anxiety when diving?

So, I love diving, but I have recently had sinus trouble, which caused headaches, what feels like toothache, and generally large amounts of pain.
The last time I dived, it made me stressed and anxious, to the point of feeling claustrophobic and nervous about the distance to the surface and not being able to reach it quickly.
The doctor has given me a nasal spray that will supposedly cure the sinus pain, but now every time I think of diving I feel anxious, and I'm worried that'll continue to be the case when I dive.
Any ideas for helping with diving nerves?

I have panic attacks and have been getting some info on it myself. I have found that if you write down on a index card or something " I will be fine today" or something related to your issue and read it before doing the task then it will start to help. Also take a deep breath thru the nose and breath out thru the mouth real slow will help calm you as well.
I hope this helps and you can dive real soon.
Keep smiling and have a good day.
