Before one day my friend suggest me to work on this site and save your time.I think this site may very helpful to earn some good money from net.Can any one tell me how can i earn from this site.I am fresher for this type of work so,please tell me how can i go on this site.And one more thing is about payment.Site states that payment is guaranteed but what about payment method.either via PayPal or any other mode?any one can work on this iste and get paid please give suggestion

Hi! i am also a memember of odesk all you need to do is polish a good profile and pass the tests that correspond to the job that you want. Within two days of my jobhunt there ive got 1 job offer. the payment varies according the work. they can be hourly or fixed rate. It depends to the employer. Try to explore there and you will learn fast

oDesk pays. There are lots of jobs you can bid on that mostly pay by an hourly rate. They want you to take an oDesk test, but you can take it as often as you want till you pass it. There are a lot of data entry and other clerical type jobs, so you should definitely give it a look at http://www.oDesk.com
