Leadership is one of the most important aspect in the society, without it nothing will happen,but there are countries that are very progressive some are not, what do you think the kind of leadership that they apply? Many of the leaders that are intelligent but their countries are not progressive, some countries are lead by an average leaders but their countries is progressive.
