If you can still use your PC, try researching the virus that Eset is detecting over the net. Maybe more specialized forums can help you.
Perhaps you can start by downloading Avira. Then, disconnect from the internet and install your new antivirus. Eset might say it's a virus, but ignore this and continue. When you have installed Avira, uninstall Eset and run a scan with Avira. I'm probably being biased with respect to what program to use, but from experience, Avira has always been the best antivirus I've had.
If Eset blocks your Avira installation, uninstall Eset before running installation. Do this only after you have researched about the virus, if it is indeed a virus.

That sounds quite unfortunate. Is there a specific file your antivirus is detecting or is it really telling you all your files are corrupted.? When it's pinpointing one specific file, I usually search the file name over the net and see if it's been encountered by someone else. Then, I check how they found their way around the problem.
I hope you find a way to get rid of the virus without formatting.

Don`t install other antivirus before you uninstall your Eset otherwise your computer won`t start anymore.
If you want to check if you really have a virus go and download malwarebytes and scan your hard drive with it.If you have a virus on your hard drive it will find it and hopefully remove it.If you don`t have a virus and Nod 32 is giving you false alarms try to use another one and yes Avira is a good option. But before you install Avira uninstall your Nod.

If you have any other profile setup in your PC then change the login else you have to run the any good anti-virus software ..Symentic is good one to fix the virus issue .
Some times you can go to Windows back plan also and recover the back up of one or 2 days before when virus effects are started.

You have mentioned that you are using Eset Antivirus. Though I have no idea of it, but I apprehend that it is not a very much effective Antivirus. You may try with any other more powerful Antivirus of a reputed brand.

I suggest you try kapersky, it is a good anti virus software. If you fail to get good result you can call in a professional to work on your system. Maybe they may consider formatting your computer system
