debating on giving up on onbux

So a few weeks back I tried to cash out knowing cash out was at $2. Fine I reached it then I got a message that said the cash out amount had to be $3. Ok I'm thinking they must of changed it. So now I'm past the $3 amount and have tried all this week to get paid. PayPal is blocked out and says it'll be up in a few hours well that was Sunday that I first tried to cash out and today is Friday and I still have the same message. I put a ticket in hoping for a response in what the hold up was as I only have paypal for my payments. My ticket was green and left unanswered and this morning it was red w/o any answer. I'm frustraited why they are pulling this. I know paypal has a whole process to go thru for verifications of such places but why not say that instead that of that it'll be up in a few hours when it's been a week to my knowledge.
I feel if I'm not going to get paid it's futile for me to continue on that site.

I'm not familiar with Onbux. I've heard a lot of speculation that this site is a scam.. but people say that about a lot of sites. Have you gotten a payment from them before?
Personally I'd probably stop wasting my time on the site until I got a payment.

Alertpay, neteller, and liberty reserve.... I don't have an account with any and I don't know it's worth putting my info out on another payment site over $3 and will probably not use again.

Alertpay is okay.. I believe I have or at least had at one time.. and Alertpay account. I think the only trouble there is you can only withdraw certain amounts and it costs like 50 cents to withdraw.. seems pointless. Though I'd hate to take a loss of $3 for all the work you've put in.

Hi there I too had this issue and it is not anything you have done differently. Onbux has been limited at PayPal and for now the only way to get the earnings is through AlertPay.
Not sure if you have AlertPay but it is the only way to get the earnings. I went ahead and cashed out and received my earnings and left the site.

I don't know that PayPal will be an option there, so it might be worth opening AlertPay for the earnings. Same process as you did with PayPal.
Onbux appears to be leaving soon, so you will have to decide sooner then later.

I lost a lot more than five dollars with a site like that. I think you can do so much better, and I know that this is frustrating and makes you feel like you have been ripped off.

I'm not a member there but I just experienced a moment of disgust with an earning resource. I joined SurveyHead and there was a $25 cashout minimum. That was nearly a year ago. I finally reached it and now find out that they offer only stupid magazine subscriptions!!!! They changed the rules somewhere along the line and I did not notice. What a waste of my time, what a damned waste! I am furious.
So I kind of know how you feel. All that time and you get nothing for it, or nothing worthwhile.

Hi there,
I am a happy member with Survey head and when I first reached my cashout request I did get my earnings. But as you I had noticed that the magazine subscription option was added, because I did not get a forewarning about it. I contacted support and received a response from them.
Since then I have cashed out several times and I can tell you how to do so. If you check with your dashboard on survey head and see if your earnings are still there. I will let you know that although we cash out through PayPal the process to receive the funds to PayPal take another 3-4 weeks, very slow. But I have earned at least 5 times with them.
They do not provide the exact how to do it on the site, but it is there, which is pretty tricky of them but the option is still available. Let me know if you still see your earnings there and I can give you the exact way to cash out. May as well dragon why let them keep it and $25 comes in handy.

I have many site that has word"bux" on its name.In my experience when we almost have the total money to cash out they will banned us and said you doing spam or some thing the site is in maintained .I think there should be a law for to protect the internet users and its members.

I don't know that there is a law. As it's not a contract of employment and the rest of us in the real world would like our due compensation for time lost on such sites. I''m sure also the thought that unless you guy an expensive upgrade you technically didn't lose anything financially other than time & patience.

They paid me the first payment and I'm almost done with second one of 3$. I hope that when I reach 3$ they'll pay me. I don't know if I'll continue with onbux even if they pay me cause the next payment is bigger and I have to work harder for it and I don't know what they are thinking to do: to turn into a scam or continue to pay.

Not that much harder but it'll take longer to accumulate those funds to reach the next payout. I wonder if they have it tiered like that to buy them time to get the money to pay people?
