I left survey sites last year. My last "good" site was Adpaid. It is a GPT for T1/T2 countries. There is a daily survey, paid $1 for T1 countries, and the payout is only at $3. This site is old -- founded in 2004 -- and pays fast, 24/48 h after your request.
