What is the policy to make money in mylot from making search and start new discussions

I am here since april and have 52 cents in my account. After few days i came to know that mylot also pays for making search, so i started making search and started new discussions but what is the policy of mylot to add cents against search and new discussions because it is not clear to me and mylot did not add any cents for search and new discussions .

It is far from being a secret - but we do have to read between the lines.
MyLot is for discussions and if we discuss we earn. If we don't then we earn a lot less than if we do, so discuss we must if earnings are on our agenda here.

Are you starting new discussions or new topics?
There is a huge difference and the difference reflects on your earnings.
A topic is a question which you post and others respond (and you do not earn anything for those responses).
A discussion is when you post a question and others respond and then YOU go and comment, furthering the topic and get exchanges of opinions between you and others. That is also when you will see your earnings increase because that is what myLot is for - discussing!
