Yes it was a great innings from the giant again to take Banglore to top four.He was one of the top players who was not sold in IPL auction.But after he joined Banglore he shows a lot of entertainment.I think Gayle is a good buy for Banglore.

what is use of this century when your national team is being thrashed in home.ipl has done nothing but deviating top players attention from their national duties and go for money. how can a player who is not available for national team for some reasons is available for ipl. the only answer is money is making him do this. go gayle score centuries in ipl and keep on adding insult to wi injuries

Hi arnab, This is true that Gayle is the first player to score two centuries in a single IPL season. Yesterday his action was remarkable. The way he handled/treated the bowlers that they forgot how they used to bowl. lol But I think Gayl's action brings luck or not that would be decided on net run rate.

Yeah, Gayle had played 4 matches so far and has the strike rate of 197! Imagine. He has got two centuries in four matches with an average of 94.6 Amazing! His ability to clear the rope is just breathtaking. His power helps him a lot to go for clean hits. He always plays typical cricket shots only. He did little slow in the beginning but after getting the rhythm he couldn't let any bowler to take rest in peace. There were no bowler who did well against him. Chowla was lucky to got him else he could have topple McCullum's 158*. Whatever, he hit 10 fours and 9 sixers which propelled to get a century in just 46 balls. He lasted another three balls before falling to Chowla, but he got a life in just a delivery before but couldn't utilize it. We spectators really enjoyed it after Sehwag's blistering 119 just several hours ago. There has been pretty number of centuries and all of them came with entertainment.
