How to move SQL Server from one system to another?

I have Old SQL Server which is having low performance, I want to setup one new SQL Server. So that I need some solution for new setup a server. Like how to move the data, jobs, dts package, login etc., to the new server. To move this all data individually would be time consuming as well as some error prone too. So please let me know the procedure for doing all this with accuracy and within a limited down time.

Go to Network and sharing there you can add the other system and freely share the data.
