Teaching is a noble profession. Teachers are always the boon to the society. Through his knowledge, skills, experiences and wisdom they can create a well rounded personality. What would be the best and effective strategy in teaching?

In my opinion, there is no so called "best strategy" in teaching. The abilities, characters and attitudes of the students vary thus, a single strategy will not work in a classroom situation. If you really want your students to learn, you have to vary your strategies. This makes the teaching job harder. A teacher should be creative in presenting the lessons in a manner that would sound interesting for the students. There are a lot of strategies that you can choose from what you need to do is to use Multiple Intelligence of Howard Gardner in employing those strategies. Look at your students and try to figure out their interests/intelligences. Of course, if you have 50 students, all with unique intelligences --- that's where the true challenge comes from. If you to combine, create, divide or even use all the strategies just for you to meet your students needs. You might say that it sounds impossible but actually it's not.. it's just a matter of planning... There's no perfect strategy but if your lesson is well-planned (knowing that you consider the students needs and knowledge),I guess you can come up with a meaningful lesson. Sometimes, it's not just about your teaching strategies but it is also about your character as a teacher. Strategy is not the main ingredient in honing the student's skills and mind --- It is the attitude of the teacher that makes the learning possible. I'm not saying that strategy is not needed. IT IS NEEDED but it has to be grounded on the teacher's character.
