now days ipl is in full swing. top players from around the world are playing ipl. but has not ipl infused a sense of dishonesty in players who prefer to play ipl for money than playing for their national sides.secondly this is the 4 season of ipl and no indian series has ever collided with ipl .is not icc playing in hands of bcci?

ICC does not take full decision.they ask the opinion of The cricket committees in that country.If they accept alone there would be matches or no matches.So it is natural During IPL there is no Indian Series.
