When I was young, me and my sisters would have a tradition. I call it a tradition because that is all that I can ever remember doing for Mother's day. Me and my sister's would wake up early and make our mom a delicious breakfast with fruit, eggs, and pancakes and bring it up to her for a nice breakfast in bed. Mom would know that it was coming, but she always looked forward to it. But as we got older and we moved out that stopped of course. Though I am living with my mom again it just wouldn't seem the same.
So my question to everybody is, when you were young or even now, do/did you have a tradition for mother's day? What did you do or are you going to do?
Though mother's day is tomorrow, we celebrated it today because of my work schedule. We had a wonderful lunch at the best Chinese Restaurant in town and played miniature golf at a place that I had worked at when I was in high school. And ended it with a delicious ice cream sundae.

I really don't remember having any kind of tradition that my brother and I do for my mom on Mother's day. But usually, we wake up early and we greet her a Happy Mother's day and those are the first words that come out of our mouth when we wake up. After which, we give her a kiss on the cheek and a big hug. What we usually do is we help her with some house work and just let her relax during the day. You see, my mom is that kind of mom who is so hard working and wants to keep herself busy with house work. Now that I'm older, my brother and I would usually prepare a sumptuous meal for the family.

My tradition is sending my mother a basket of roses every mother's day but she is gone now so I save a lot now, lol.
