I can't remember the last time I went to bed before sometime in the Morning. I do not know what it is but I can't seem to sleep before the witching hour has passed. No I have no superstitions I just find all sorts of things to do. I have read in several places that you should get about eight hours of sleep a day but to tell you the truth I function fine on three to four hours.
I might be missing something but the silence of the night appeals to me. I fell that this is when I get my best ideas and am able to think. The world moves to quickly, sometimes I feel as though I am only acting out roles during the day but at nights I am me.

I haven't really been able to sleep at night for a long time. I figured if I'm going to be up all night I may as well get a night job. So I did. I work 7 nights straight and get 7 nights off. It worked out perfect for me. I prefer to be up at night. The silence is great. Traffic isn't bad when you go places. The only downside is if you live in a state that doesn't have gambling... there is no open businesses to go t.

Well maybe you are really a night person. We usually feel sleepy when we are really tired or we feel comfortable enough. Maybe you think a lot during the night that is why you can't sleep until the wee hours of the morning? Try doing some stretching before sleeping and drinking hot milk and maybe it could relax you a bit and help you sleep. Just an advice though, but if you are comfortable enough though to sleep in the morning then that is no problem at all. :)
