Manny Pacquiao showed once again why he is the biggest popular person in boxing, dominating Shane Mosley to win one - sided Unanimous decision in the biggest fight of the year. Pacquiao was wearing yellow boxing gloves to symbolize the fight against poverty.
Although Mosley come out fighting hard with good first round, it was all Pacquiao from there on. Pacquiao knocked Mosley down in the third and dominated the figth throughout. Technically Mosley able to knocked Pacquiao down in the round 10, and the referee made a mistake in calling it a knockdown. At round 12 Pacquiao complete a dominate effort, striking Mosley with more lefts to the head and body. He hammers Mosley with left- right to head. Mosley Survive Pacquiao walks back frustrated to his corner with third straight unanimous decision coming. Pacquiao wins the round. Manny Pacquiao is the People's Champion!!::))

The fight was so boring that I just turned off the TV and did something else. I was so excited for this fight but after Round 3, it went all downhill. I guess Mosley got scared when he tasted that power punch of Pacquiao. I guess we won't be seeing that much-awaited Pacquiao-Mayweather fight after that knockdown. Mayweather will definitely chicken out now. At least Marquez still has some guts.

I didn't watch the fight but I felt that the fight wasn't exciting at all. The men in our household was so quiet unlike the previous Pacquiao fights and they were so eager for the fight to finish so that they can switch to watching basketball instead. In my opinion, people felt disappointment of the fight itself and the hype over the matter(that is the fight) didn't live to its promise. Hope that in the future Manny and his opponent will give us a good show.

It wasn't a knockdown, it only happened when Mosley pushed the Pacman to the canvass and referee Kenny Bayless made a huge mistake of calling it as a knockdown which made the Pacman incensed and blew Mosley with even more powerful shots from there on. It's very good to know esp. at these hard times that there is still a person like Manny Pacquiao who is not only a Boxing great but who has also the passion for helping poor people and having that aspiration for unity and to save them from poverty and the best part of it is he's not doing it because he is a congressman. In fact, he have been donating almost half of his previous winnings for the benefit of his people in his provice Saranggani. I admire him for being so. I hope Manny Pacquiao will serve as an inspiration for people out there.

I'm happy that Manny won but honestly I literally slept while watching it. Although he dominated the fight, he doesn't look good in it. If he won it via knock out, it could have killed my boredom. Mosley's lack of enthusiasm to fight threw me off. He should have give it his all and take the risk. At least he can prove something, I think he's a lovely guy, very nice guy and Pac loves him, speak good things about him but for me, in regard to boxin Mosley should retire.
