Any advice for getting started here?

Hello. I am new to MyLot and gladly will accept any suggestions you may have for getting started. Just came across this site randomly doing a search on "YouData" and decided to try this out as well. I am a stay-at-home mom of a 2 year old by day; a pizza waitress by night; and a college student who really needs to make some extra money for the family. Thanks is advance for all your suggestions! :-)

Yeah this is a really good website, but I'm also trying to earn $10 a month (or $8, but cashout is minimum $10), to pay for a Runescape membership, and so far I've only earned 71 cents in a week, and I've been posting alot!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I find the FAQ's and Guidelines very helpful as well. I am definitely not viewing this as a job. As you stated, it seems like a good place meet friends from all over and earn a little here and there. I am actually excited to see how residents of other countries than my own, the US, view different topicss. Thanks again for your suggestion.

Glad to know in details about you, i appreciate your efforts, here you start discussions of your own, respond to others discussions as much as you can, you must comment back on the responses you receive and also selet one of the discussions as BEST after you receive sufficient responses

I am studying to become a social worker or counselor of some type. I really hope I can stayin school long enough to become a psychologist, but not sure if I will be able to last that long. In the least, though, I will become a social worker. I finally figured it out this past semester! I am such a sensitive person, perhaps too sensitive sometimes. And I am really understanding and completely in touch with the feelings and moods of others. I am a really good listener and people always come to me with their problems - not necessarily or always for advice, but more so for a sympathethic listener to confide in. So I am super excited that I truly found my calling and I realized a profession in which I can throw myself into with my heart and soul! Thanks for the extra information. I am enjoying it ore and more each day!

Just post,post and post.Its all about how many post you can put in the discussions.You have already started a discussion so you have begin to earn money on mylot.You can also earn money by doing simple tasks,upload images and post comment to the blogs and news section too.

Starting a topic is not enough.
To make it into a discussion and earn from it, we must then comment on the responses and further the topic and then we will earn from it too. We do not earn for the responses that others post. They earn for those.

I don't know, sometimes when I post like 50 comments in a day, I only earn 3 cents, and recently I haven't been given credit for anything other than my tasks that I completed.
