Is donating to beggars a safe way to earn charity in our account?

In order to get few coins, the beggars do a lot many tricks - they present themselves as handicapped persons. They make children to stay in hot un or rain constantly crying. All these things for a few coins! So it has become a business! An industry!
Giving money to such people is risky. One my use it for bad purpose, alcohol etc., or may purchase a knife and threaten passers-by in dark corners and loot them, injure them or even kill someone!
So, we have to think seriously about 'what to donate and whom to donate'. Donate to a deserving person. Do not donate money,help in kind! Give food to hungry, water to thirsty, medicines to poor patient etc.,

There are persons who are really in very bad positions so they beg for their living.Your opinion towards them is right however not related to every person who begs.
It is not just a few coins , mnay like u and me give that one coin so they earn lot if they run after us ., No on e would like seeing those kids in the hot sun and the handicapped persons crawl on the road in traffice the best way to get rid of them is giving off one coin .,
So many people in real life are beggers if we have the eyes to see them.we beg for jobs , clothes , enjoyments, and luxuries ., dont we?we beg from god all these if not from our friends from parents from everyone.In return we give also sometimes so we take so we give.
