I just have to share this wonderful article that I read on the internet and I just felt it so apt for couples who are considering marriage.
The article talked about how two individuals, Forrest Lunsway and Rose Pollard, of Orange County, Calif. came together and become the oldest newly weds in the Guinness Book of Records.
Both of them had been married before, but were single when they met back in 1983 at a senior's dance. Though they soon started dating, wedding bells seemed unlikely, as it was revealed that Forrest just didn't happen to ask. In case, couples here are fretting on how many years the both of you are dating, then you need to read this where both of them have been dating for the past 28 years.
After much time, when he finally proposed, marriage was set on his 100th birthday which surprised all their friends and relatives when a preacher turned up at Forrest's birthday celebrations.
In conclusion, I just like to quote some words of wisdom from Rose who said: "Take your time and get to know one another. Get to know if you like all the things that person stands for. ... Be forgiving and patient and say I love you once in a while."
Congratulations to the both of them.
My role models!

It is such a sweet story. When you think about it, you really should take your time to get married. You should be ready to get married. It's certainly not something that you should rush into. It wasn't something that this couple did. Thanks for sharing this story. It is such a sweet story.
