Gold Evangelist bonus - You can encourage free members to upgrade to Gold. If they upgrade within 1 month that you have verbally encouraged them in the community, you'll be included in the Gold Evangelist pool and share the bonus with similar people. 5. 3X10 forced matrix 6. Pacesetter bonus - only if you have referrals of your own and if those referrals are good in getting theirs 7. Matching bonus - again, this only works if your referrals are good networkers, you'll get a matching bonus for what they get. For those who are not good at referring other people, they can earn from Community Participation, Gold Evangelist Bonus and the 3X10 forced matrix.

well most sites have referrals and you usually dont need them they just help you a lot if you have them

I also wonder about that while surfing in the Traffic generating sites, lot and lot of members are promoting it for referrals, i don't think there is a way to earn without referrals and investment in this site.....!
