factoidz still haven't notified me about my articles after more than 24 hours!

I wrote two articles for factoidz recently. It's already been more than 24 hours since i submitted and yet i haven't got any update whether they're rejected, published or returned for revision. i don't know what to do since i'm a newbie and i don't know how to contact their admin.
i submitted articles before that and they were all reviewed within 24 hours so i immediately got updates. i just don't know what happened to my recent articles. i hope someone can give me an advice. thanks in advance

that also my experience they are so slow and it take more than that and if you read from some articles they only have one editor to do check all the articles. although they pay promptly. but have some defect in their tos and in the management. if you complain they would be more strict in approving your articles and those who do task like review be sure you research and finish them well. if not you likely to get suspended or banned. now days, they change their policy not all could be accepted to be promoted as staff writer even you have plenty of articles. someone review it and your fate is on the mercy of the editor.

I still have an article on my pending list. It's been four days now. I am just trying to be patient. One good news though, I just got promoted as a Staff writer so I think I'll focus on topics of my interest so it gets published right away and receive upfront payment, too.

It is possible that some of your articles take something like 2 days before they are reviewed, happened to me a couple of times. However it's 100% sure they will be reviewed anytime soon. It might also be possible they don't work at saturday or sunday but that might just be a rumor I heard.
