It is a fact that 60% of our body is made up of water. This proves that the water is good for our body. When we drink water it pass through vital organs and to take the toxins away from them. In this way, they get flushed out of our system. This detoxification allows all the organs in our body to function properly. So drinking sufficient water is healthy.

we need to drink 2-3 liters of water daily. :)
water is essential to the body. it's a natural cleanser. if we don't filter the wastes in our body, they will accumulate and possibly bring out a disease.

It goes without saying that water is of the utmost importance. However nothing can go to extremes. As far as I know, people who suffer from heart failure cann't drink too much water, which may increase blood volume and load of the heart.

We need water as 60% of our body mass is made up of water. So water is essential for the health, moreover some of the minerals are also carried into the body through the intake of water but that does never mean that water makes us healthy.
