Hi. You can show to him/her that you truly love him/her by doing good things in your relationship. Show that you respect your relationship. Saying i love everyday to your partner also important. But that's not the only thing you can do or prove that you love him/her. Respect is the best. show how you love him/her. Give and take also.

A little bit confuse what your idea but I assume like this: there are many ways to convince other specially your love once through you talking, action, gesture. If they shown their dislike to you, talk to them very gently and slowly. love doesnt need convincing for love comes naturally. it is something felt from within, it is a feeling, not a process of analysis. convincing is in the arena of logic. so convincing someone that you love him or her is futile, doubt will always arise. but when true love is felt between two individuals, no force can stop it from happening, and it will break all social boundaries for this true love to flourish.
