Does Iran have NUclear right?

Has the USA nuclear right? Has the UK nuclear right? Has the russians nuclear right? Has China nuclear right? When the answer is yes,why should they or anyone else decide Iran have no nuclear right? If the answer is no,then Iran has no nuclear right either.

Well, like every country Iran should be having nuclear power

As an Iranian, I think Iran has nuclear rights like any other country, but the problem is that Iran's govement is a really dangerous one, supporting terrorism worlwide and has a complete theocracy dictatorship inside Iran. And most important of all, it really appears that they have most evil intentions in their mind on nuclear development. So, although Iran has the right to aquire nuclear technology, it's right should be preserved until a democratic goverment rules in it that respects human rights.
