My mother is so stubborn that I can't really give her anything without her complaining about it. She always wants to be in control, so I let her make arrangements and that way she is happy. I would love to do something special for her but the time hasn't come yet because I am a poor student! Oh well, it's the thought that counts. She at least appreciates that.

My realtionship with my mom is awesome. She is like my best friend. I talk to her just about anything and everything. I would be lost without my mom, we're very close. I spent part of the day with my mom just sitting on the porch talking to her. and then the other part of the day my boyfriend and I spent the day with his mom.

I am very close to my mom than to my dad. i always say how much i loved her whenever i got the chance. She's living far from us but i never missed to say i love you when she comes online or i leave messages on her facebook account. I love her and she means a lot to me.

I'm glad that our Mother's Day in the UK was a while back, since currently my mum is on holiday abroad so I didn't get to speak to her at all this weekend. I gave mine some little plants - we share our love of gardening. Other mums might not be so excited by baby courgettes and chillis :)
