I love Red Bull! I simply need energy to get through the day. However, my co-workers give me a really hard time about the long-term effects of drinking energy drinks. Any negative health experiences?

I do not drink Red Bull ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. I normally drink about 5 per week, though. Additionally, I drink a lot of soda and coffee too. So maybe I am addicticted to caffeine though. I have experienced the headaches from no caffeine. I did notrealize anxiety was a side effect, too! Thanks for the addiditonal information.

I don't know, it might mess up your sleep time, and you might feel energized all the time, and you don't want to get rest sometime? That is how I felt sometimes. I don't drink red bull though, instead, other energy drinks from gas station. Gosh, I just have to adjust my rest time sometime.
