Andrew Bynum elbows JJ Barea

Andrew Bynam's elbow to JJ Barea was horrible. I recently was injured really badly by being intentionally fouled in a basketball game. JJ Barea was in the middle of the air and had no defense to something that like. He is lucky he didn't fall and break an arm. Andrew Bynam should be fined for that flagrant foul. What do you think?
