How to get back discussion or commet? / myLot

I have been using myLot since two days ago. I was wondering if there is an easier way to check you discussion response or if someone left you a comment in someone's post where I left a post or comment. I find it very annoying search through the discussion and finding where I left my post to see if someone has left me any response.

try adding tags with you name added to it.Like religionmchu519,this will show you your discussion topic of religion.

I know, but that is annoying. I wish myLot could add a tool in that notify us about and response so we don't have to keep going back and not see any updates.
