Should have done it months ago

I can't believe it. I changed my site over from a forum to a blog yesterday and wow, it already has 21 subscribers. I am in total shock because no one was joining when I had the forum up. Yet as a blog I am getting so many subscribers its pitiful. What did I do? The next thing will be monetizing it, so that I can make something from it. But holy crap, I couldn't get over it when I went in this morning and found out I had 21 subscribers. Had I of known this would have happened, I would have done it months ago.
What should be my next move with it?

I haven't got the slightest idea. I just was there and planning on making another post, and noticed I am now up to 32 subscribers. So people are subscribing and they are all new people. Not sure how come. It could be because my site name was established before I changed it from a forum to a blog? That is a possibility, or maybe it's just some of the things I talk about not sure.
The good thing is that something is deawing in subscribers.
