Last year I finally bit the bullet and decided to get contacts because I got tired of wearing my glasses all the time and wanted to up my look a bit. So after I got my exam I bought two boxes of contacts. I still have two pairs left from that set of boxes I bought. I was wearing them all the time and never took them out until one day one got lodged in the corner of my eye. So now for the most part I do take them out at night.
If you wear contacts do you have a hard time putting them in? And do you leave yours in? Have you ever had to have them removed by a doctor?

I only wear coloured contact lenses, to change my appeareance sometimes, but I can`t wear them more than 6-8 hours as my eyes start feeling very dry and itchy, also they start moving when I blink, so I have to take them off. I know I should use some eye drop in that situation, but then my eyes cry and my makeup gets ruined, so I prefer to take off my lenses.
No doctor will recommend you to sleep with them, as your eyes need to breath and relax.

I used to have a hard time putting them in when I first got contacts, but now I don't even have to look in a mirror. I wouldn't wear mine at night though. Even though they said it's okay to do that. I have before, but all it does is dry my eyes out and that's not good. I believe that our eyes need a rest. I've never even heard of anyone having to have them removed by a doctor.

I had been wearning contacts for almost 10 years now. In fact, i am more comfortable with contacts than glasses. I dont have difficulty removing it and yes, i do take them out at night to moisturize and clean them.

I never wore contacts. I've always prefered wearing glasses because I think contacts are too risky. All you get is not wearing glasses and an improved eyesight, which you can also get from glasses. The negative things, though, is high maintenance. You always have to be aware if you're wearing them or not in most cases, especially before you sleep.

That must have been so scary when it got lodged in your eye!!! Anything being lodged is scary to me. I wear glasses, I have wondered what it would look like to have contacts, but I want color ones. They seem to be so easy to get in, but then people look like their eyes get irritated when they are in.
