After a week vacation I really miss my bed. I miss its comfort even though other beds are comfortable too, the feeling is different when your lying, sitting, jumping, dancing over your own bed. It feels like you're in your own kingdom and you can do whatever you want to do.
But sad to say i wasn't able to spend precious time with it right now because i have to do our laundry. Later i will sleep like sleeping beauty after complying my chores. LOL! Am so excited to be a princes on my bed. =)

As Dorothy said in the movie "The Wizard of Oz"...There's NO place like home!!! Even when I need to go away on vacation, I try to never be gone more than 3 days at a time as I miss my home & my routine waaaaay too much!!! Since humans are in reality a higher form of animal, I can only assume it has something to do with the way we mark our territory!!! If we were a dog, we would just hike our leg & claim the new territory;however, as humans, that is considered unacceptable!!!! You have MORE discipline than I do as I'd have gone straight to bed when I returned home & gotten up early the next morning to complete my chores!!!! (giggles)

Oh its ok, at least you're still doing your chores other people don't. Well I've done that too (during my college years) specially when I'm super exhausted from school. I prefers to take a nap before doing my thing, anyway we're human not a robot so we need to rest. But as much as possible and if i can do it I settled things first before going to bed. It makes me at peace. =)

I travel often. Usually just for a weekend, maybe even just one night. I do find that I really miss being in my own bed. It fits me better. Sometimes other beds even make me sore.

I feel exactly the same whenever I go away! No other bed feels the same, no matter how good it claims to be. Holidays are great but the first night back in your own bed makes up for the end of holiday feeling.
