Advice on losing that dreaded baby weight?

It's been three months and this baby weight is starting to drive me crazy. I know that it's going to take time to lose it, but I had pre-eclampsia so I gained a lot more weight than I should have all in the last couple of weeks, so I'm really anxious to at least lose some of it!
I've been doing the whole trying to eat healthier and exercising thing, which is challenging with a new baby, but I always manage to sneak in several workouts during my day.
What I was wondering, though, was if anyone knew any really good workouts to help your tummy go back in or what worked for you guys when you were trying to lose your baby weight?

It's difficult, isn't it? Especially when you are tired from lack of sleep.
One issue is posture - your tummy muscles will be saggy because they were stretched. The good news is that you can correct that without doing any extra exercise at all :) Just think about your posture when you are walking, standing up cooking or at the sink and so on. Concentrate on standing up straight and not letting your tummy sag out.
And also make sure you have healthy snacks easily available. It's so tempting to have a sugary snack if the healthy one requires a lot of preparation.
Wishing you good luck - I'd have to say, I'm not a very good example, I still haven't got back to my pre pregnancy weight and my youngest is nearly 12 :(

Thanks for the advice! I sometimes have back/hip problems from where one of my vertebrae occasionally slipping out of line, but I do try to stand up straight and I'll make more of an effort to make sure I am. :)
And that's a very good point about the snacks. I find that by the time I get done taking care of the baby, feeding her, and by the time she gets down for her nap I'm too tired to think about cooking myself lunch or having to prepare anything really elaborate. If it's more than two steps it's basically out. xD
Yes, I've heard that from a lot of people. My OBGYN said she hasn't either and her daughter's 10 lol. She was like but you probably didn't want to hear that, did you?
