What will you do if you knew that the supervisor of your gf has a feelings with her. and your GF cannot step back of their friendship? step back means that not too close to each other and does not go out with him and her co-workers.
What will you feel or what will you say to your gf?

Your girlfriend cannot help someone else's feelings. Why should she be held responsible? You should trust your girlfriend - it doesn't matter how other people feel about her, she has chosen to be with you. If you put pressure on her to change her habits and stop seeing her supervisor, you may push her closer to him.
