whats the best credit card for some one who doesnt have prefect credit

would like to the best credit card to have for some one who does not have prefect credit and is trying to rebuild their credit?

Your best bet may be pre-paid card(s) or the pay-as-you-go rechargeable style. Not only does this ensure you don't ever go over a limit (since you're paying up-front) but I'm told that some are considered like small loans for credit purposes.
They may cost you a few pounds to use (usually a one-off setup fee or something) but when they run out after a year or so, it counts as a loan you've repaid. Thus, your credit rating gets better.
You'd need to check this: I haven't looked into it myself but know someone who was rebuilding his rating this way. Slowly.

Well, I used to have Capital Connect card, which was okay. After that I switched to a Debit Card thru my bank. There's a few in the UK - try googling "credit cards for students" cos they have no credit rating at all - but they manage to get plastic spending money!
