Can You Stay Brand Loyal With Coupons?

There are coupons to help consumer save money but having those coupons, will one be stay brand loyal? Or people would just stay away from the product whenever the offer is outdated and get replaced by other promotional coupon clipped products?

Often times coupons are used to get a consumer to try a product in hopes that they will like it better and change. Other times it is to get them to buy a new product and become a repeat customer.
