Has any one ever lost a pet to death

It is a terrible pain when you lose your pet. It can feel like losing your own child. I know it is hard but try to keep going. Keep your pet in your memory forever. Take care.

One does ache the loss of a beloved pet like any other family member. But life goes on and in time you learn to accept it, just like accepting the loss of any family member.

Yes I have, more than once. The most recent was the hardest though, due to the fact that I was very close to this pet and had had her for a long time. In regards to coping, remember this: "Nothing lasts, but nothing is lost."

I lost my dog after having her for 17 years. She was little dog just like yours so you probably still have a few years with yours and i hope you do. Loosing a dog is like loosing your child and its hard to cope with and something you never will forget in life. She meant the world to me and without her it was very hard but obstacles happen in life and you loose dogs throughout life as they dont last as long as humans even thought we all would love for that to happen. I have a new dog now and i have made him my baby and he means the world to me and he might have some health issues but we do overcome them and hes the best little boy ever as i do tell him that even though he does make mistakes in the house. I hope you have a few more years of fun with your dog.

Yes, I've lost pets many times although it's painful but I had to let go. I just think that they souls are going to heaven with God and leaving a peaceful and safe and happy life. Now, I am afraid that one of my puppy is leaving today, he is crying constantly and don't suck milk from her mommy. I suspect he has worm inside but I already given him 2 drops of de-worming medicine and drops of water with dextrose powder. I can't send him to vet cause I ran out of money now, I pray and hope that he will overcome this and when I reach home later . Please pray for him ! thanks!

Sad to hear that. I also have a pet, it's a white and brown rabbit. They one and a half years old. Just last week my brown rabbit gave birth to a 6 baby rabbits. Very cute and nice to see. There's full white, black, brown, and white with black on the eyes. So sad that they just passed away one by one. Maybe because of the weather. It keeps on raining because of the typhoon "bebeng".
